For Monthly Plans: Unused hours don't roll over, but you can use your 10 hours flexibly throughout the month. If you need more than 10 hours, additional time is billed at £40/hour (a 20% discount from the standard £50/hour rate).

For larger projects: We'll provide a separate quote that sits outside of your hourly allocation, giving you full transparency on costs.

For monthly plan subscribers, requests are typically completed within 24-48 hours. Urgent requests can often be prioritised within the same business day. For hourly support, turnaround depends on workload but we aim for fast delivery.

What if I don't use all 10 hours in a month?

Unused hours don't roll over to the next month. However, you can use your 10 hours flexibly — it doesn't need to be used all at once. Many clients use their hours for a combination of updates, strategy discussions, and project work throughout the month.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. You can switch between hourly and monthly plans anytime. There are no lock-in contracts — if monthly support doesn't work for you, switch back to pay-as-you-go.

What counts towards my 10 hours?

Your 10 hours cover website updates, development work, SEO work, copywriting, blog posts, social content, and analytics reviews. Services with additional fees (off-site SEO, ads, etc.) are noted separately and quoted accordingly.

Do you offer emergency support outside business hours?

Yes. If your website is completely down or there's a critical issue, we provide 24/7 emergency support. Critical fixes are included in your monthly plan; if outside support hours, a small emergency fee may apply.

Can I add more team members to request changes?

Yes. We can provide login credentials or a simple request form for your team to submit changes. We'll manage submissions and provide updates on progress.

What if I need specialized work like e-commerce setup or integrations?

Complex projects like e-commerce platforms, custom integrations, or major rebuilds are quoted separately outside of your hourly allocation. We'll discuss scope and provide a clear quote before starting.

Do you handle hosting support too?

Yes. Monthly plan subscribers get our managed WordPress hosting (worth £50/month) included, which covers hosting, backups, security, and performance. Hourly clients can add hosting separately if needed.
